
Seeking a High-performing Project Manager for Cup of Zest

Overview
Cup of Zest is looking to add a project manager to its small team of contractors who would be responsible for auditing and improving systems and processes as well as managing Michelle (she/her), the founder and owner.
The ideal candidate would be organized, collaborative and enthusiastic and thrive on all aspects of project management.

Responsibilities
Manage projects, tasks, and deadlines for Michelle and her team in Asana, Airtable or another project management tool.
Provide accountability and structure so that Michelle can focus on executing her deliverables.
Check in with Michelle weekly on Slack.
Set up a digital asset management system and organize assets within Google Drive, Canva or another content management tool.
Audit the current state of systems and processes at Cup of Zest and make recommendations for improvements.
Consult and prioritize tasks based on the short-term and long-term goals for the business.
Preferred Qualifications
3-plus years of experience in project management and/or virtual assistance.
Knowledgeable about project management best practices, online publishing, and content creation.
Familiar with Slack, Asana, Canva, Google Drive, and Airtable.
Others describe you as a high-performer, independent, friendly, positive, and enthusiastic.
Comfortable working around Michelle’s variable schedule, which includes two weeks a month where she isn’t available.
Hourly rate is between $35 and $50 per hour.
Availability for approximately 3 to 4 hours a week as a contractor.

Michelle is an accomplished culinary professional most known for her work on several Food Network Shows (such as Hungry-Girl, The Baking Championship Series, and Guy’s Grocery Games) and has assisted on marketing campaigns for major brands (like Target and Whole Foods).
She started Cup of Zest in 2014 to help people to take an easier approach to entertaining. It’s where she takes everything she’s learned in the culinary industry and helps others party more and stress less.
