Where it all began for

After nearly 10 years in Corporate America and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, I left.

And it wasn't because I was unsuited for the job. On paper, it was "perfect" for me and I loved it. 

I left because I was burned out. The old way of productivity and expectations (more, more, more, more, more) destroyed my motivation and engagement. 

I left because who I had to be to be successful was becoming too far from who I am. No amount of pay, benefits, or perks would have been enough to keep me. 

Now, I speak to corporate teams, leaders and creative entrepreneurs to help them find a new way to work without jumping ship or burning out.

Where productivity doesn't come at the sacrifice of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.  

And meaningful work is at the heart of every day.
